Skills and Experience
Fausto has been working as Project, Program and Portfolio Management consultant and trainer since 2000.
He specializes in the Management of Projects and Programs in technologically advanced industries and multinational environments.
After completing his business and IT management education, Fausto has spent seven years as Project and Program Manager at Microsoft Ireland on leading edge technology projects. He then moved to the United States, where he has worked as a PM consultant for ESI International.
In 2001 Fausto moved to France, where he currently resides, in order to cover the EMEA area for selected clients.
Fausto has wide cross-industry experience, which includes IT, Pharmaceutical, Financial, Engineering and Construction, with a strong focus on Project Planning, Risk Management and Project Control.
