Paul M. Anderson

Paul has over 25 years international experience as a skilled cross-cultural communicator and proactive business leader as well as sharing a lifelong passion for the world of sport. He started his consulting career as a trainer and executive coach both indoors and outdoors to individuals and teams, enabling them to maximise their leadership effectiveness. He then joined the Human Capital Consulting Practice at Watson Wyatt Worldwide (now Willis Towers Watson) progressing quickly to cover roles in Business Development, Senior Advisory and Management Consulting roles and became Leadership Champion in Italy, Australia and the Middle East.

Paul is bilingual and has dual citizenship (British and Australian), and together with honed international negotiation skills these helped to land him Global Business Development roles and later Senior Management and Executive Board Director roles with key players in the raw materials, special metals trading and distribution business to the aerospace, medical and motorsport industries.

He is also a recognized trainer for leadership development and assessor, and has facilitated several management training programs including the SDA Bocconi in Milan.
