With a deep love for innovation and knowledge sharing, Sara has more than 10 years experience in managing international research and innovation projects, with both industrial and academic stakeholders, especially in the biotech, pharma, cosmetic and food and beverage sectors in Europe and the US. She has taken part in start-up and acquisition initiatives, developing feasibility studies and business plans.

She designs and coordinates various training, change management and innovation projects in different industries, like oil and gas, fintech, healthcare, ICT, infrastructures, etc.

Fuelled by engineering studies, years of puzzles and detective books and films, she likes to solve problems and find the best and most time efficient solution(s), combining agility and consistent methodologies.
